i have finished with my first obsession! yay!!! hmmm maybe not yet finished but i thougt i can handle it now,,,
fufufu,,,
my weight stay in 56 now :) *how happy i am*,, still i'll try to loose some more kilos again, my goal is 50!!! hahahaha
and its my Schedule Of The Day now :
1. jogging 30minutes
2. breakfast : whole wheat bread + whey
3. 100x weight training 5 kilos
4. snack 1 (10.00 am) : some fruits or vegetables
5. lunch : all protein things and soup or fruit
6. snack 2 (15.00) : skim milk + vegetables
7. aerobik for 1 hour (Tu, Th, Sa, Su) or swim ( Fr,Su )
8. dinner : whey + protein
i though it's still the same schedule as before hahaha i just reduced my training time ;p
Now, i have a new obsession,, waw,,,
I FALL IN LUV WITH MAKE UP!!!!!!!!
hahaha,,, thats my new obsession and i really2 obsessed with make up, skin care, body care, etc,,, never used make up before except lipbalm, lipcare, and pigeon powder,,, but now i have my little make up set, and start to learn how to apply make up,,
and... start to search for the suitable one for my face (hahaha, its just an excused to buy a lot of make up things ;p ),,
i'll show u later my little make up set ;) also my last and new wishlist :)
